Chris Hayes: Trump's ESCALATION in Chicago: ICE drags women, children, workers
Illinois Governor JB Pritzker (D) spoke to MSNBC Senior Political and National Correspondent Jacob Soboroff in Chicago where he responded to the president's call for him to be jailed, saying Trump is "breaching the Constitution." And, newly surfaced video shows federal agents shooting a pastor in the head with what appears to be a pepper-spray projectile while speaking outside an ICE detention facility in the Chicago suburb of Broadview.
