So it has to be framed as "he betrayed Tr*mp" and "he insulted Tr*mp" and "he belittled Tr*mp" and "he mocked Tr*mp" and "he fooled Tr*mp" and "he manipulated Tr*mp" and "he lied to Tr*mp" and "he got rich tricking Tr*mp" and "he got paid Tr*mp's money."

does not apply here--- legally, Russia is not an 'enemy' of the United States...
although 'in spirit', that is another thing altogether....
