Same here. Laid off 4 years before social security FRA...pulling $16K from 401K is $20K pretax, just for crummy medical

High deductible, too, and then it pays 50%…
Plus they are immoral companies.

Better to just accept mortality… Well, I’ll get $8K or $10K of exams, tests, treatments..and at least won’t be dealing with insurance bureaucracy.
