And it means mass retaliation against ALL citizens who protest against this regime, when ONE of theirs (presumably ICE agent) is presumably hurt.

Not just citizens directly engaged in the altercation; ALL, whether they were there or not.

But what about that slogan underneath the micro-needled Noem Nazi, “One of Ours, All of Yours”? It is not a direct quote from Nazi Germany, but it certainly embodies the spirit of how they acted when a Nazi was killed by the resistance. One example was the massacre of the Czech village of Lidice.

This is about the assassination of Heydrich of Operation Reinhart infamy. Yes the nazis slaughtered the residents of Lidice but this is not specifically a nazi phrase.
