(2,957 posts)2. Those ICE agents might as well have a 007 license to kill.
The DOJ will eventually rule the shooting was justified so no indictment there. And even if there was a trial and conviction, Trump would pardon him. The state might try to indict the guy and someone will likely file a civil suit. That'll take a while.
