Maybe they are anticipating Trump will do something???
Rather late IMHO

it's probably the deteriorating security situation there and the security forces shooting just about anyone on sight.

FWIW he gave the same warning to evacuate a few days before the U.S. strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities last June

Actually, most countries have had a travel risk for LONG time now to Iran IMHO
