At least according to the video I saw just now, it was a worker down on the factory floor of a Ford plant. New York billionaire Donald Trump stood on a walkway wearing his finest fancy coat, suit, and tie, looked down at a worker on the factory floor of a Ford F-150 plant in Detroit, and yelled "fuck you" at him and gave him the finger.

What a man of the people!
