And contempt for him and his magat cult doesn't even begin to capture the hatred I have for the lot of them. I wouldn't piss on a damn one of them if they were on fire.

And they're NOT Americans. They're fucking trogs.

I automatically know it is a team tRump talking point (has been since Raygun). They need to update their stale lingo. We've heard it all our lives and we know immediately who is speaking this BS.

I saw this on Facebook and my reaction was, "I don't know any radical liberals, only radical MAGATs". Can't get used to comments like that from The Washington Post. What a great loss.

the Latin "radix", meaning root, as in getting to the root of things in order to solve them. Magats, reichwingers, whatever, only react, no thinking.

Because I am revving up to file complaints formally in both the United States and my home country India about widespread fraud and corruption, in any legitimate sense of the word. Deregulation would lead to that. As a medical marijuana user who DIYs her mental health with Modafinil purchased from a small, respectable local pharmacy known to my parents for the last 20 years, I cannot afford to be at the whims of the oligarchs and kayfabe.

There are some hypotheses (e.g. : the Human Terrain Systems) that had some sense, but they predictably fall apart due to fraud and sexual harassment.

As even an anonymous complainant, I have to try to be as professional as I can be from here on out, while indicating that I am an angry and frustrated human woman.

And one of my rules is to attack elected state officials as little as possible (since the corrupt, creepy, sleazy communist cm of my state here in India has annoyed me the most - the buck stops with him, he need expect no civility), I try to reserve my unprofessionalism for people who angered me personally or were signs that things are going to get worse for me at this rate (all the billionaires).

I have even been glumly making a short list of least scary conservatives and offloading Bad Bunny, Beyonce, TikTok and Taylor Swift along with Hulk Hogan, Candace Owens.

But I do say Prof Bhattacharya, Prof John Hennessy, Sen Hawley (Prof Bhattacharya is the head of the NIH and I agree that TikTok should be banned because many more generations of people with attention as lousy as mine is a recipe for disaster, so whatever route to pest control wrt these nightmarish corporations and their lousy “communication apps”..sorry Bad Bunny..it is an optimization program from hell and you didn’t make the cut. And of this unpromising lot of CS elite Prof Hennessy may even be one of the nicer people😤 ).

I have nothing against whoever Bad Bunny is per se, but I have been checking my phone viciously looking for any damn news about anything anyone could care about and Bad Bunny was the last straw.

Bad Bunny..haarumph..Our political discourse will be reviled if a post Idiocracy society ever forms on earth and the odds look bleak enough that Ol’ jfz9580m is miserably donning a feeble sort of jester’s mask.

As keepthesoulalive was kind enough to point out jfz9580m’s (entirely non-violent I assure you) private explosions in her room wouldn’t be a good idea around humans. Which I actually do remember from the last time I met any humans except the few I meet daily at home or outside.

As of this date, it is as if I have to solicit a contract to the airspace over my home and I cannot allow bad science that breaks the web of life or functional human networks for profit.
I do have a say on the use of my home and street.
Intelligent Design and Creationism are not science. But I can and will reach across the aisle and represent it in terms palatable to honest people of all kinds.

I was fine with leaving the US. But this is my home! And yes I submit to the elected state (whinily, grumbling but still). I don’t mind functional private sector. But you are not taking my home and my devices I paid those creeps and price gouging sleazebags of Microsoft and Apple for and representing me as a crazy paranoid schizophrenic to be medicated with shitty unwanted services that make one ill.

The worst part of this was it was not planned and it is absurd beyond redemption and I unofficially submit some of this for an IgNobel. The psychiatry, nudge theory, anything Alex Pentland/MIT Media lab, bschool science, lie and emotion detection flavored, influence studies that fail to get that it isn’t emojis or fart sprays or garbage smells or Kosinski’s lame facedar that drive people to dejected fury. It is the insult to human intelligence contained in the expectation that left or right, the average human who cannot tell if what passes for our media environment should be taken to represent anything but as the close to peerless Andy Nikiforuk would put it “The Triumph of Stupidity”. I love Nikiforuk in a very non romance scam way. It is not right wing to call out the all-sided stupidity one labored under.

Hey you guys don’t know the amount of stupid I saw..cut me some slack.

When I read Adam Becker’s book “More everything forever” which contained no surprises for me really, I noticed something that alarmed me. I love Adam Becker (again in a non-creepy, non romance scam way..when I say I love someone..I mean “thank you for being sane”) - he is brilliant and humble and the kind of person I really look up to. But he is polite.
And that is the price of BTS access and when such people communicate to rabble like us, it is up to us to take the cue.

My communist cm has not done anything to deserve civility and I do not trust him. He is local so he is my primary concern. Not that I endorse or like any local politicians. But my life has been hell since I came back and he was the CM the entire time and he got rid of this one woman in his cabinet who got some international acclaim during covid, because he is a narcissist who doesn’t like sharing the spotlight. Further he smeared her with a made up corruption scandal.
So I am choosing civility as needed.

Some of my doctors and my medical mj company ceo etc are of minority religions and I have to proceed with caution and inflame no passions needlessly, while targeting the creeps who made my life hell throughout.

Our central govt can be kinda annoying 🙄with their Pegasus scandal and Sanchaar Saathi, but I am fighting rule by oligarchy and destruction of the web of life in my literal backyard. I want light and sound pollution regulated. If not Madhav Gadgil, someone like Tejas Thackeray (who is apolitical and seems to love wildlife as a scientist would, not that Ambani’s son) would be someone I could cooperate with to start a legal contract about use of my surroundings.

Reliance Industries would not be allowed on the premises as they treat their employees badly. Tata (hey why does 0000F5D7 randomly keep showing up on my tv screen 🙄 ) and Apple, India are my best bet. Of course regulated by the state and above all, this is my home. It will not be seized effectively from me. I am not insane or a fool. I figure (man I have never used my brain this way), non locals are less likely to be directly interested in scamming me out of my living and working spaces.
And legal precedents help everyone over time as these things get more and more error prone and broken and Ol’ jfz9580m can say as she did 14.5 years ago “These look like terrible ideas and I want out”. At which point the inarticulate manner of communication sent Ol’ jfz9580m straight to the loony bin where some morons tried to stuff ol’ jfz9580m with anti-psychotics. Yeah..my shrink there said they were idiots. He was cool.

What I have seen of small business in these parts (a serial sexual harasser/defense contractor with a Lockheed Martin contract with a holography company; a data mining scam and many many others) does not make me think that it would be anything but a terrible idea to allow this nightmarish ai and data mining in the wild.

I have to go draft an email and hope it doesn’t go to straight to people’s spam folders.

Yes, when we expressed contempt for Pinochet we were also expressing contempt for all of his henchmen, sycophants, cronies, enablers and supporters.

We are talking about Pinochet, yes?
