Well Deserved, if that is what it is.

(54,965 posts)earlier and the images are identical to the tRump rash. It is painful (GOOD!) but is also contagious at some point. Since tRump only cares about himself this would never concern him. However, the pain he is hopefully suffering from Shingles probably is making him delay pressers and/or have none at all until now.
Also, since he is in pain, no matter how many meds he was given to treat this illness, he must be trying to hide it from the public and it may be why we haven't seen him since he started this current war as well as getting away from today's presser ASAP.

(26,524 posts)Carotid endarterectomy involves physically removing plaque from inside the carotid artery. A surgeon makes an incision in the neck to expose the artery, clamps the artery, then opens it lengthwise in the region of the narrowing. After scraping the fatty plaque out of the artery, the surgeon enlarges the artery with a diamond-shaped patch, stitches the artery back together, then closes the skin of the neck.
For both of these procedures, the goal is to prevent a future stroke, and both do this quite well. But these invasive procedures sometimes trigger a stroke, which is why they are mostly done in people with severe carotid artery narrowing who have had symptoms. The risk of stroke is low when experienced clinicians perform the procedures in hospitals where these are done often.
