he walked it back after a minute or two, but is this a secret that he exposed? I listen to Way Too Early as I get ready for work and if I am behind I catch the first few minutes of Morning Joe. This was during that part of Morning Joe.

(6,698 posts)He's looked rougher the past couple years. When he gave his speech at the 2024 DNC Convention, he didn't have the same fastball he used to.

(16,177 posts)Essential Tremor is one and not that uncommon.
The only way to determine if it's Parkinson's is a biopsy test or a brain scan.
Parkinson's isn't fatal. It's progressive and can be very debilitating.
Believe me. I know all about it.

(16,177 posts)And he doesn't have Parkinson's:
Clinton also revealed his initial worry that the tremor could be related to Parkinsons disease.
The first time it happened, I had to go get myself checked to make sure I didnt have Parkinsons.
He was so relieved to find out he did not have Parkinsons that he didnt care how much it shook after that.

(20,194 posts)CLINTON: Sometimes it shakes. See it's a little shake, no shake here. I've been tested for it. I don't have Parkinson's.
GUPTA: Don't have it.
CLINTON: The doctor told me as people age, they become more vulnerable, for example, to having these muscles. Like if I write a lot.
GUPTA: Yes.
CLINTON: Or play video games or, you know, just do anything like that, anything with a lot of my fingers, and these tighten up, or if I'm tired, if I'm working hard, it will cause your hands to shake. So see that's pretty calm today, a little bit of shake, none over here. And some days they both shake, some days none of them do. And I was quite concerned about it, because if I had Parkinson's, I wanted to know, so I could prepare.
I had it tested and the doctor says, no, it's just a normal aging phenomenon.

(6,326 posts)And Bill is going to be 80 in August. Plus he had 8 years as president which probably is equivalent of an additional 10 years of aging.
I remember in an interview him saying that longevity does run in his family.
But I think he looks like a typical 80 year old. And he seems much more cognitively sound than Trump.

I know it is crazy town thinking - but that's where our media is.
Anything and everything to attack Democrats.
