I wonder when a world leader will openly say Trump is mentally insane

So far, they still playing by the rules of diplomacy but I think it is fading fast.
At some point, one of them is going to say that Trump is mentally insane and should be treated as such instead of being given deference.

Why news organizations are even analyzing his speeches trying to extract meaning or reword it, attempting to make it coherent is beyond me.

If you or I were behaving like that we would be referred for a consultation with a psychiatrist, placed on involuntary evaluation.
