An ongoing recall linked to powdered milk has again grown as more products that used the dry dairy are being identified and added to the list.

The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) initially released a notice about powdered milk made and distributed by California Dairies, Inc. on April 30, saying it could be contaminated with salmonella. The agencies noted that more food items that used the milk would be added on a rolling basis as the recall was processed.

The initial list included frozen pizzas sold at Aldi stores nationwide, though it has since expanded to include products sold at retailers like Walmart, Target, QVC and Williams Sonoma.

Jonco Industries recalled popcorn products with white cheddar seasoning, which used recalled powdered milk, on May 7, including:

On May 6, JCB Flavors recalled one popcorn seasoning:

On May 7, Stoltzfus Family Dairy recalled one related cheese product:

What to do if you have recalled products

Consumers who have purchased the products should not consume them. Instead, contact the manufacturer or return them to the store of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
