The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and the U.S. Department of Agricultures Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) initially released a notice about powdered milk made and distributed by California Dairies, Inc. on April 30, saying it could be contaminated with salmonella. The agencies noted that more food items that used the milk would be added on a rolling basis as the recall was processed.
The initial list included frozen pizzas sold at Aldi stores nationwide, though it has since expanded to include products sold at retailers like Walmart, Target, QVC and Williams Sonoma.

Jonco Industries recalled popcorn products with white cheddar seasoning, which used recalled powdered milk, on May 7, including:
Williams Sonomabranded Popcorn Sampler Gift Box. Lot code: 088594-2-1.
Fireworks Popcorn Poppings & Toppings gift set sold at West Allis Cheese and Sausage. Lot code: 088594-5-1.
Fireworks White Cheddar Seasoning, 1.6-ounce jars, sold at West Allis Cheese and Sausage. Lot code: 088594-7-1.
On May 6, JCB Flavors recalled one popcorn seasoning:
Wildlife Seasoning Sour Cream & Onion Popping Topping. Lot code: 057596.
On May 7, Stoltzfus Family Dairy recalled one related cheese product:

John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Inc. initiated a recall on May 5 of several trail and nut mixes sold under several brand names:

What to do if you have recalled products
Consumers who have purchased the products should not consume them. Instead, contact the manufacturer or return them to the store of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
