I think he has logorrhea. It's a possible dementia or stroke symptom among other things.
It could fit with the weirdness of those texts, which often resemble the nutty things that are reported from his rallies and speeches - the texts are dictated to voice to speech or some assistant.

maybe even if approved by Trump somewhat. Compared to his style or lack thereof. They must be hard pressed to get Trump to(wait they can't do that without bigly trouble) appear to be committed to anything. He's slipping, bored, in pain, put off by any difficulty or wise barriers, just on easy automatic pilot and encouraged by sycophants. The way this is set up no one can exactly "handle" Trump, but they can veer the car around while the cliff approaches and entertain the boss.

Or being set up and kept in position to replace so everyone breathes a sigh of relief for some sort of transition.

I can't imagine him having the patience or steady hand to actually type such long texts.

24. There are exactly three complete sentences in there.

The first one is a helluva run-on sentence, 12 lines long, ending in “…it wasn’t even close.” Then the remaining two sentences are far shorter. There are two lines in the first one. The second sentence is a single line with just five words plus three exclamation points.
