Taking it from 9 to 3 is a reduction of approximately 66.67%.

They broke up the unions, they allowed for corporate takeovers of everything including the media that just pushes RW BS now, they made the government incompetent, they took away regulations for the environment. I mean if you think about it so much goes back to Regan and the rise of conservatives
