Regardless, it didn't matter whether they released it or not, they'd get raked over the coals. It also doesn't matter what it says, they may not learn from it or follow any recommendations, just like they ignored the 2016 autopsy.

Because, as I understand it, this document was leaked to CNN by someone inside the DNC. CNN then went to Ken Martin, essentially saying, "Hey. We got this rough draft of your 2024 autopsy. If you want to release it yourself, go ahead. Otherwise, we're going to."
