The orange menace is thinking he can take over all the oil producing countries and own all the oil at some point. I think he really believes he can bully everyone into letting him do it. As a megalomaniac, he thinks he can gain control of the entire planet.

Will it spur MFer to use actual intelligent people to negotiate rather than Witkoff and Kushner? Are there any intelligent people? At least Rubio?

Worth noting that the LNG crisis in Japan is even more dire. MFer DGAF what happens in Japan, however.
