9. I'd like the idea much more if used in a skit by professional actors, or a cartoon by a professional

cartoonist. People using their own talent, putting their careers on the line with political satire.

Not using tools trained on real creatives' work, and maybe asking the AI for ideas. And maybe also using the AI tools to ridicule Biden. Just trying for attention and maybe donations, and not caring that the AI tools they're using have hurt the livelihoods of so many real artists.

11. I've met some artists online who were nearly suicidal about lost income and having their work stolen.

I can't look at AI-generated text, images and video, or listen to AI-generated music, without thinking of all the people victimized by the AI bros. Those creatives are hurt, too, when people using generative AI just don't seem to care that the industry was built on theft.

And I worry that seeing very much on DU that's AI-generated could make liberals who are also very opposed to genAI and the theft it's built on less likely to join this forum.

We didn't need genAI. It's resulted in almost nothing but harm.
