The biggest mistake of the 250 shindig

is not truly replicating a country fair. I always went for the rides, games, and food, then I'd see the animals, stage acts, and finally some exhibitions. And a lot of other people came just for the stage acts, sulky racing, and demolition derby type stuff.

The booths are pretty cool, but a ferris wheel does not a carnival make.

It was planned to be a "festival of festivals" including representation of major U.S. festivals, with headlining artists and booths showcasing American food, etc.

That was all scrapped by Trump.
