I know this Supreme Court is controlled by six radicals, but the 14th Amendment is so clear on this issue that I can't believe it was only upheld by one vote. If you are a Latino who voted for Trump remember this decision, you are not safe and should never vote for a Republican again if you want to stay in the country you were born in.

No, it was 5-4. Kavanaugh voted with the majority but on statutory grounds, not constitutional ones.

Kavanaugh said that Congress can amend the law on who can qualify as a citizen.

it would be 9-0 in favor. That's crazy. I mean a radical logical conclusion would be only native Indians could be citizens. What a time to be alive!
