Three justices on the U.S. Supreme Court ruled a president can annul the constitution by executive order

Looks like Alito quit. In a rational democracy, Thomas and Gorsuch would be impeached solely for their dissent in the birthright ruling.

not just on physical presence in the US. It's an absurd interpretation but it doesn't mean the Constitution can be annulled by executive order. And Alito didn't retire; NPR retracted the story.

Their twisted "interpretation" of the 14th Amendment is so laughably fraudulent, if put into effect, would allow the president to "interpret" any part of the constitution however he wanted. Just put together a make-believe "interpretation," with no rational basis, and do away with more of our rights.

while he still has at least two years left of inflicting his non-Constitutional white nationalist theocracy on America without having to worry he would be replaced with an actual Justice that still believes in the rule of law.

Really no source of joy even if he did. We'd end up with a brainwashed fascist straight out of law school on the Supreme Court.

Whoever does eventually replace him won't be any better and could even be worse (though that would be a challenge).
