Weather and fire report inaccuracies, thanks to krasnov and fleon skum.

An OP in science by douglas9 about weather forecast inaccuracies reminded me of something I observed yesterday. Here in Colorado, as elsewhere, we are experiencing major, and, in some cases (Synder), deadly, fires. I have friends who were ordered evacuated from both the Synder and the Aspen Acres fires. It has been very difficult getting accurate information about any of them. I went to INCIWeb, which, in years past, always had up-to-the minute accurate reporting, and an easily-used, clear and comprehensive map of all fires. Yesterday was completely different. The map was incomplete, what information there was, was hours old, and the map of the states looked ai generated. I looked at several other government maps and found the same with all of them.

FUCK YOU, krasnov and skum.
