Juvenile: Mamdani attack by Lindsey Graham

Mamdani is trying to prevent New York’s power grid from failing, you idiot.

78° by choice is a lot better than 100° without electricity.

They don’t care as long as they’re the one with the AC and power consumption. They don't want to live in a society. They want to be the upper class in a society built for them while the lower classes make sacrifices to uphold their lifestyle.

I have mine set at 78*, curtains drawn at windows facing the sun and my house is quite comfortable. Plus my power bill isn’t shocking me every month. If it’s exceptionally warm at night, I’ll set it at 77* and turn the fan on and and sleep just fine. No one is coming for anyone’s a/c..fear tactics like coming for your guns while wanting sensible gun safety regulations. Aren’t most people over these faux outrage comments?

So. Ca. has temps to make New Yorkers pass out!
When I get home I can set 77 and it quickly gets there.

I have experienced outages and brown outs. I had a shut off installed on my AC if they had a need.

I don't understand the pissy attitude.
Mandami is absolutely correct!

...I'm a lifelong chronic asthmatic, so it has to be lower to stave off an attack.

But it still stays in the 70's.

I've worked in some temp-controlled environments, and this happened without fail in the summer. Indoor-to-outdoor changing nearly instantly from ~60' to 90'+ just sucks.

POWER COMPANY sends out as notices in our bills, and posts on their website in the heatwaves. It is basic, common sense. Just like watering in the evening, instead of during the heat of the day. You lying, monstrous, hate-filled, self-loathing piece of hypocritical filth.

24/7. I have a small window unit in my tiny bedroom I just run at night. I set it at 68 before I go to bed and sleep under just a sheet. If I had to I could live without it but menopause definitely changed my internal thermostat.

Growing up in hot humid Milwaukee, we had no A/C.
We had a dehumidifier in the basement.
Very cool. Don't forget the drain pan!
