The towering replica now sits opposite a giant Ferris wheel as a centerpiece of the Great American State Fair, a sprawling patriotic festival the president will kickstart with a rally on Wednesday night.

come up with an official looking notice from the parks service, stating that it is illegal to litter on government property; it should contain a warning that if it isn't removed within 24 hours it will be dismantled and destroyed, and the perpetrator will face fines and possible jail time. Print it big enough to be seen from a distance and copies tacked on all sides.
