A top FEMA official who has made claims of teleportation and that voter fraud occurred during the 2016 election is reportedly out at the disaster agency. The Washington Post initially reported that Gregg Phillips was voluntarily stepping away from leading FEMA’s Office of Response and Recovery.

Phillips, a former Montgomery resident, was appointed to the role in December but according to CNN, his departure was not so amicable. “But sources tell CNN the departure was not voluntary: New [Department of Homeland Security] leadership had grown weary of the embarrassment surrounding Phillips’ public image and of his periodic clashes with the department’s other leaders,” CNN reported.

Phillips was scrutinized in March after CNN reported that during a 2025 podcast discussion he claimed he had been teleported multiple times including to a Waffle House.

“I was with my boys one time, and I was telling them I was going to go to Waffle House and get Waffle House,” he said. “And I ended up at a Waffle House – this was in Georgia, and I end up at a Waffle House like 50 miles away from where I was."

Yeah, back in my alcohol days, I used to teleport regularly. Sometimes I’d teleport into my automobile flying 80mph down the highway. Other times I’d teleport into my bed having sex with some person who I don’t recognize. Yeah, teleportation was something else!!

Wonder Why

4. I guess his next teleport will be to a mental institution. I think the nearest one to him is called the White House.
