The poster articulately describes how the current goings on are ultimately tied to the south rising again from the civil war (as they've bee promising for 160 years) and how failing to hold them to account - and just letting them "go home" - at the end of the war was a mistake. The current US government is a white supremacist power grab that will hold the US in its grip for the next 100 years, and that Trump was merely the useful idiot the movement found to finally implement their plan. Voting Republicans out in 2026 and 2028 probably may not be enough to change course. The whole plan has been set in motion and a departure of Trump - from the 25th amendment, health issue, or anything else - will no longer work in countering this new direction.
He states that the people in general aren't consciously aware of what's going on and need to really wake up.

For all the "what's wrong and what's happening" narratives I've seen from the left - including here on DU - this perspective seems the most plausible to me.
