Which is what I'm doing later in life. At least twice a day. Always awaken refreshed, rejuvenated, my mind clear and ready to resume thinking. Our cat
KC is like that, only he takes many more naps.

1. I wish I could nap like that. My cat doesn't have much respect for my sleeping skills and he's right.
