Related: About this forumWe need a new version of the "X-Files" tv series...I enjoyed the original show and would likely enjoy a new version...
Speculating about the possible and not possible is fun for me in my little elder guy world.

(26,399 posts)usual cast of decent characters and suspense surrounding them, and viola! A new X-files 2 is born. The repeats of X-files 1 have been going on forever it seems, surely someone can capitalize on that?!

(42,391 posts)I've gotten tired of TV series that never tell the story from start to finish. X-Files was very guilty of that, and there have been many others since then. They don't want to finish the story ... they leave the last show as a cliff-hanger, and then they drag on for another year. It really diminishes the quality of the production.
