(10,403 posts)A Presidential pardon carries zero legal significance for a state crime and the lawyer knows that. "Demanding" the government break the law to release a convicted criminal should itself be a crime.

(3,075 posts)But surely if he took this argument to any court, he could be looking at sanctions because it is obviously frivolous and malicious.
If people would look at the crimes that Peters committed, they would not be surprised that she was able to hire a lawyer that matched her intellect.
