The Freeze - help the bees!

Until some nectar producing plants start to flower again -
Put out some sugar/water (1:1 ) on a sponge in a bright spot.
They're pretty desperate right now...

But humming bird feeders work well for the bees. They are all over our feeders in south TX.

And I'm getting hundreds crowding in. They are literally covering a six inch plate entirely.
I've used a cup of simple syrup a day since I realized how bad it is, and yes, some of it has evaporated, but right now in my front yard is you can hear the buzzing.
So yeah, we get bees at the hummingbird feeders, but this is insane.
I will have to figure out how to download (upload? ) pictures.
