Chorizo pizza.

I’ve never tried this. Yet thinking on doing at least one of the homemade pizzas today with the recipe.

Growing up in Northern California
was Shakey's Bullfighter Special. Chorizo and sliced jalapeños. I may try recreating it one day!

Twenty years ago, I would have just looked at you funny, as I didn’t even know about chorizo. It’s great! I have an ingredient that got funny looks when I suggest it: Linguiça - a Portuguese sausage that will rock your pizza-eating’ world.

taste a little bit first, to see how much heat/flavor explosion you want
so you don't overwhelm the other elements of your 'Za.

Screaming Sicilian makes a soppressata-loaded one (Supremus Maximus)

linguica-chorizo-andouille-soppressata the hot Euro-sausages with different properties!
