Broccoli-Cheddar Breakfast Frittata with Roasted Potatoes
TOMORROW
This frittata features a rich egg mixture, white cheddar cheese, and roasted broccoli. Served alongside seasoned, roasted potatoes.
Decaf coffee with cream +sugar. Larger than expected, so may have 1/2 today, and 1/2 tomorrow.
MIGHT start with a ripe Bartlett pear, my favorite current fruit whose sibling I had for Monday lunch.
