What's for Dinner, Tues., March 17, 2026

Appetizer is pimiento cheese on onion crackers.

Asian cabbage stir fry. Has bean sprouts, scallions, peppers, and peanuts, I think, but I have to find the recipe. I'll come back and tell more about it when I do.

Kombucha, ginger pineapple.

Dessert: Klondike bar.

I think I'll pop open a container of BBQ pork and heat up some pre-made mac n cheese with a salad.

Enjoy!

Lots of vegetables. I put some frozen Chinese dumplings in for a treat.

Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onion, orange bell pepper, sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. When done I added 2 bags of organic spinach and cooked for just a few more minutes. Last I added cooked cannellini beans and cooked protein infused whole grain penne. Pistachio cake for dessert. Cheers! 🍻
