What's for Dinner, Mon., June 22, 2026

Miso glazed tuna steak.

Garlic roasted Brussels sprouts.

While I'm roasting the Brussels sprouts, I'll also roast some eggplant for another dish later on.

Mango kombucha.

Dessert: Lemonade bar.

We had a terrific rain! More to come tomorrow. We need it.

I sous vide the brisket overnight, then lightly fried slices for dinner. Fried cabbage in the same fat, and cooked carrot slices with some stock and butter. We liked it!

Tasted even better today. Clams always produce such wonderfully luscious umami flavors. Cheers!🥂
