Food at the Obama Center

Since we live about six hours from Chicago, I've been thinking visiting the Obama presidential center and museum would make a good trip, and it sounds like the food there would be good too. (I've read that tickets have been sold out for months, so this is a long-range plan!)

The restaurant is named for their former chef (pic of him, too, as well as the restaurant).

Now I want to make Mrs. Robinson's red rice.
