Grilled Tofu Tacos. This is one of the recipes on the thread posted yesterday by Celerity and it has the tofu grilled with chipotle, which I am looking forward to. It will be crispy! The tacos also have avocado, lettuce, tomato, and cilantro.

Light dining because of the summer heat, but at least the heat wave is gone (It's 81, but we're under a storm watch). If I'm still hungry, I have roasting ears in the 'frig and I will make one of them in the micro, the easy way.

Kombucha: mango.

Dessert: Rocky road ice cream. It has lots of almonds in it!

Got a couple Asian salad kits (basically greens, crispy won ton noodles, and generic Asian dressing) and saw they’re aging on us, so it’s salad night. Diced up an apple, celery, and a couple slices of a Quorn roast (think turkey) to bulk it up, and it’s pretty respectable. Should’ve subbed my Makoto ginger dressing for more oomph, but it’ll do!
