Not there just yet, but getting closer. I need to learn ALL that I can so that I know if we are being scammed, a bid is reasonable, etc.

So I figured I would start now and see if anyone on DU might be able to offer some information.

wind can be hard on those things, the cheaper ones always provide some summertime windstorm entertainment around here (they can get airborne pretty easily)

I would say call the seller/manufacturer and ask for info/recommendations.

which would then have to be covered with vinyl floor covering for sanitation purposes.

I would also say that such buildings can be ovens in summer, so make sure there is an exhaust fan on at least one gable end, a fan that can be covered up in winter.

As for cheesy, cheap sheds, I've seen them floating down the arroyos here after a large thunderstorm.
