1. Yes. We have vinyl windows on our main floor that

are white on the outside and brown on the inside- they look like wood.

2. Probably you can get whatever colors you want custom-made,

but I assume they'd be more expensive than off-the-shelf, contractor-grade ones.

3. It differs with taste

Might be hard to find a vinyl with a dark interior color. You could go with fiberglass. They come with an ebony or bronze exterior and the interior is paintable since it's fiberglass. A painter could paint the inside a dark shade.
