Related: About this forumI took Gwen to the vet to get her scheduled for spaying
She will have to wait a few more months, which is fine. They've agreed to my age estimate of just over 3 months and she's weighing in at a bit over 3 1/2 lbs. She got her de-wormer and tomorrow she starts a flea treatment. I bring her back in 3 weeks from now to start on her vaccinations.
Gwen was pretty well behaved and everyone told her she is so pretty.
I suspect she will be pretty clingy today, given the trauma of a vet visit. I'll just let her snuggle as much as she wants and try not to think about all of the other things I should be doing.
OK, she just snuggled up next to my face and started purring into my ear. Guess I'll be sitting for a while.

(1,654 posts)Gwen is set for spaying
But she'll have to wait
As she's just over 3 months
And about three pounds weight
De-wormer today and tomorrow
She'll get a flea treatment
Three weeks from now her
Vaccination regimen begins
Gwen behaved and was told
She is so very-very pretty
She'll be clingy today so
I'll just let her snuggle
Snuggling next to my face
Now and purring in my ear
Guess I'll be sitting a while
And try not to think about all
The other things I should be doing...
