Don't know the answer to your question. But Fry Bread was featured in the movie, "Smoke Signals,"
Boys would compare how their mom's fry bread was better than their friend's mothers. Since then, I wanted to taste it but I ain't gonna find it on the east coast.
But fry bread recipes.... why didn't I think of that?
