it is just getting used to the difference. I noticed in the video that some of the people were wearing ear protection and didn't see it in the 2014 sounds. I've never had the pleasure of seeing an F1 race in person but I would think that high pitched wail would get old pretty quick. Maybe we we have to get rid rid of the illusion that sound equals speed.
