That video is years old.

The homeowners area was badly damaged in Hurricane Helene in North Carolina. He doesn't post regularly anymore. Take a look at these 2 videos of his road after the storm. Very rural. His house with the famous porch is seen at the end of the first video.

I watched his channel for a few years. Youtube recommended it... I guess because I watch cat video streams it figured I'd like bears too.... I loved watching all the bears that would visit him on his porch... and the mama's would bring their cubs. The bears are so comical. And Patrick's comments were funny.
