needs to be inline with the constitution with some modern changes. To stop any radical judge it needs to be fixed so SCOTUS judges are elected by the people every 6 years with senators.The thing that isn't in line with the constitution is the number of judges sitting on the court and that needs fixed for sure. Having a radical judge for life and having what Mitch did to stack the court needs to be fixed so People like Thomas and three other present ones can't help a loon president destroy the country. This would allow the people to make a correction that won't come too late.

And McConnell did the country a serious blow by prohibiting President Obama the justice appointment that was due him in favor of his lawless successor. And there are rumors that the two justices seen as most lawless, Alito and Thomas, are considering retirement, but that would only make things worse since the most lawless president in our history would get yet another appointment and one that could serve for 40 years.
