When three Minnesota congresswomen showed up to conduct constitutionally protected oversight at the Minneapolis ICE facility, they were initially allowed inside. After seeing detained individuals and beginning their visit, they were abruptly kicked out mid inspection. The justification was Noem’s new directive, enforced just days after the shooting.

Two days later, members of Congress are expelled from the facility. I think it's possible that the cover-up could make DOJ / FBI officials accessories after the fact and eligible for prosecution as well.
