The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, thanked the Defense Forces for disrupting Russia’s planned March offensive, noting that the intensity of the fighting is lower than the enemy had planned.
He emphasized that Ukrainian soldiers are holding back the aggressor in all directions: the Donetsk, Kharkiv, Sumy, and Zaporizhzhia fronts. The President also specifically praised the Air Assault Forces, artillery units, intelligence, special operations forces, and the National Guard. - 03/17/2026.
