There is a cease fire agreement to give 60 days to negotiate a peace deal, which is not going to happen. After 60 days Iran has agreements between ME countries to allow safe passage through Hormuz after fees are paid.

Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia are already negotiating these deals. If the US and Israel start bombing Iran again, these ME countries want agreements that Iran won't retaliate against these ME countries.
