He will do as he wants, and he doesn't care if it winds up in Court. He can stretch a Court case out indefinitely.

Plus, he is personally immune from legal judgment for his acts as President.

This man has committed dozens of impeachable offenses since this term started. None of it matters. No one in a position of power and responsibility will stop him from destroying our institutions.
