Should GITA and the Board of Peace in Gaza enforce social justice and equity? [View all]

If the peace plan goes through, then Gaza would be run by the Gaza International Transition Authority (GITA) and the international Board of Peace. Should they require Gaza law to recognize the rights of LGBTQ people and women? For example, should homosexuality be decriminalized and should women be ensured equality?
