I even saw someone ask it on a Fox News.

These numbers are compared to WHAT? Compared to the same period last year or over the years

Let alone that an arrest doesn’t necessarily mean a plea or a conviction….right? We still have that right?

They are announcing these big numbers as if no one was getting busted in DC, Portland, or Memphis.
