who will be lined up and in what order? Vance or Miller? Who will be tRump's successor before 2028?

Are they going to have a fist fight in the coatroom of the Oval Office? How will they decide? We know tRump won't physically and mentally make it to 2028. The question is is who do they plan to put in charge (legally or illegally)?
