I'm commenting on the state of an immature brain (under age 25) making poor decisions which may be based on feelings more than critical thinking in the absence of specific orders from higher authority.

I don't give IDF higher-ups a pass. I'm questioning whether young soldiers have sufficient supervision if they have been left in charge.
